The Innovation Acceleration Programme aims to contribute to the decarbonization of heavy industries by developing local innovative solutions that provide social and economic co-benefits. The Programme will assist entrepreneurs and enhance their capacity and competitiveness, to help them leverage market opportunities especially innovative solutions that have significant potential to reduce GHG emissions.
Through expert coaching from national and international specialists to support local entrepreneurs. The programme will support start-ups to establish a scalable model tailored to Thailand's market, attracting investment both domestically and internationally. Through strategic partnerships, the programme facilitates a matchmaking process, connecting industries with innovative financing options and existing initiatives. It fosters public-private collaboration in industrial decarbonization, involving academia to develop local solutions and explore links to international technology suppliers. Additionally, the programme strongly encourages women-led teams to participate.

Objectives

Establish a platform (or incorporate in existing one) for local technology entrepreneurs to showcase Innovative solutions for decarbonization technologies and their application.
Establish multi-level innovation accelerator services starting from the conceptualization of project ideas, identifying impactful solutions, and providing technical coaching with the public-private sector.
Additionally, the project aims to facilitate matchmaking services through connecting to existing initiatives that provide that, connecting entrepreneurs with industries seeking innovative solutions and investors with the capacity to support initiatives geared towards decarbonizing energy sources.
