Application Process: Interested startups must complete the online application form by 23 june 2025
Preliminary Screening: 10 standout startups who can display cutting-edge innovation, solid business potential, and a strong fit with the program’s mission will be shortlisted by a panel of industry experts.
Phase 2
Open House & Finalist Selection
Pitching: Shortlisted teams will present their solutions to a panel of industry experts and climate tech specialists. The evaluation will focus on technological feasibility, sustainability impact, scalability, and market readiness.
Finalist Announcement: The 5 finalists startups will be selected to join the full incubation program, gaining exclusive access to mentorship, strategic guidance, and networking.
Orientation: Finalists will participate in an orientation session covering program structure, participation requirements, and key milestones to ensure alignment with project goals.
Phase 3
Pilot Implementation & Business Matching
Accelerated Coaching & Market Validation: Selected startups will receive expert coaching tailored to refining their business models, optimizing market strategies, and ensuring commercial readiness.
Investor & Industry Access: Startups will gain direct exposure to key stakeholders, industry leaders, and investors, providing opportunities for funding and strategic partnerships.
Pilot Project Opportunities: High-potential startups will be given the chance to implement pilot projects within the cement and concrete industry, validating their solutions in real-world applications.
Demo Day & Business Matching: A Demo Day will be held to provide selected startups with a professional platform to present their business plans to a targeted audience of investors, industry leaders, and potential strategic partners.
